Say goodbye to the frustration of stripped, broken, or rusted screws with this 5-piece HSS 4341 Damaged Screw Extractor Set. Crafted from high-speed steel with an impressive hardness of 63-65 HRC, these titanium-hardened extractors are built to tackle even the most stubborn fasteners across wood, metal, concrete, and more. The innovative dual-ended design features a drill side for creating the initial pilot hole and a spiral extractor side for removal — both operated counterclockwise for smooth, efficient results. The set covers screw sizes from 2mm to 14mm and works on flat head, Phillips, hex, torx, square, and round head fasteners. Clearly marked sizes #0 through #4 make it easy to grab the right bit every time, and the extractors are compatible with virtually any power drill or manual tool with a hex shank. A compact storage case keeps all five bits organized and ready for your next automotive repair, furniture restoration, or general maintenance job.Damaged Screw Extractor Kit and Stripped Screw Extractor Set Easily and Quickly Remove All Common Sizes of Damaged, Broken or Stripped Screws.SPECS:Material: HSS steelShaft Type: Hex Shank;Size: 0#, 1#, 2#, 3#, 4#0) Removes screw size: 2-4mm1) Removes screw size: 3-5mm2) Removes screw size: 4-8mm3) Removes screw size: 5-10mm4) Removes screw size: 6-12mmEasily removes screw and bolt head types from flat head, Phillips, hex, torx, square, round and other stripped screws or bolts.FEATURES:5 durable high hardness H.S.S. 4341 (the hardness is 63hrc) alloy steel extractorsEquipped with drill for quick removalIdeal for stripped screws and broken boltsProvides a 2-in-1 solution for removing damaged screwsCompatible with numerous drillsEasy to useComes in a plastic box for easy transportHow to Use:Step1: Make sure to use the drill side, make sure it is counterclockwise , not too fast and not too slow, but make sure you drill deep enough. When drilling, make sure to use some force (not too much force, but not too light force) against the screw.Step2: Please make sure to use the extractor (Spiral) side, make sure it is counterclockwise (that is, the direction in which the screw is screwed out), and the speed should be slow, so that the screw can be grasped. Don't go too fast. If you can't grab the screw, try the extractor (Spiral) side of the large extractor instead, no need for a new hole.TIPS:* Metal chips are produced during polishing. Remove any residue before extraction.* If the extraction thread does not bite into the screw head, switch back to the burnisher and clean more of the screw head or switch to the next larger bit size and start again at step 2.* Operating or near power tools, please wear glasses boxes and protective clothing.
